This article is a step-by-step guide to connecting your WooCommerce store to the BBOSS system. This allows you to process any new WooCommerce orders directly through the BBOSS system.
Step 1: Install the BBOSS WooCommerce Connector Plugin and the Api2Cart Webhook Helper Plugin
From your BBOSS homepage, navigate to Sales -> Maintenance -> E-Commerce. And click the 'Add Store' button at the top-left of the page.
Select an origin which will be assigned to orders coming from the Web Store. Pick an origin from the list or click 'Add a New Origin + ' (top left). Once an origin is selected, click 'Confirm Selection'.
Click "Download BBOSS Plug-in" and save it somewhere on your computer.
Stay on this page, open a new tab and navigate to your WordPress dashboard.
Click on "Plugins" in the left-hand menu.
Click on the "Add New Plugin" button at the top-left of the page.
Click on the "Upload Plugin" button at the top-left of the page.
Click on the "Choose file" and select the "woocommerce-connector.zip" file downloaded earlier.
Click the "Install New" button.
Click the "Activate Plugin" button.
Repeat step 5 & 6. On this page in the top-right search box type in: "api2cart webhook helper" and press ENTER on your keyboard.
You should see the following plug-in. Click "Install Now" in the top right corner.
Once the installation completes, press the "Activate" button. (Same place as the previous Install Now button)
Click "Plugins" left-hand menu. In that list you'll find "BBOSS Connector" click on the 'Settings' button underneath.
Click the "CONNECT" button.
Copy the combination of letters and numbers "YOUR STORE KEY".
Step 2: Add the Store to your BBOSS System
Back to your open BBOSS page. If you closed it you can get back to it by navigating to : Sales -> Maintenance -> E-Commerce. And click the 'Add Store' button at the top-left of the page. Select an origin which will be assigned to orders coming from the Web Store and click 'Confirm Selection'.
Select a Brand from the drop-down list.
Type in a Store Name for your Web Store.
Type in your Store Url (address). (eg: "www.exampleWebsite.co.uk")
Copy/paste or type in the store key we got earlier from the BBOSS Connector Plug-in.
Click "Connect to Store"
Congratulations! You've successfully connected your store to the BBOSS system.
Follow any on-screen instructions to complete your store activation and begin processing any new orders from WooCommerce.
